Lunchtime Supervisor Role

Our academies are always recruiting committed lunchtime supervisors to join our team and help make lunchtimes a safe and enjoyable experience for our children and young people.

Lunchtime supervisors are paid at £12.60 per hour to work approximately 1hour 15 minutes per day, school days only.

If you are interested in working with children and / or in education, this is an excellent entry role to help start your career.

What you’ll do:

• Support children while they eat, encourage good manners, and ensure a calm dining atmosphere.
• Supervise and engage with children and young people during playtime, helping them have fun while staying safe.
• Encourage positive behaviour and friendships, and provide support where needed.
• Help tidy up, assist with minor spills, and ensure children are dressed appropriately for the weather.
• Work as part of a team to create a happy and secure environment.

• Someone who can handle situations calmly and promote positive behaviour.
