International Women’s Day at Teesside University

Emma Coupe – Trust Improvement and Development Leader and Deborah Fawcett – Trust Lead Practitioner for Teaching and Learning attended International Women’s Day at Teesside University to present a workshop on ‘Discovering your voice’.

Around 100 girls, aged 15 to 18, were invited to the Middlesbrough campus from local schools and colleges to mark International Women’s Day on Friday 8 March.

The event aimed to provide girls with an opportunity to share in an experience that will leave them feeling positive and enthused about their individual and collective potential.
