Head of Academy Wilton Primary
Hours: Full Time
Salary: L6 to 12 (£45,213 - £52,414)
Commencing: 23rd April 2019
Reporting to: Executive Head Teacher of Dormanstown Primary and Wilton Primary Academies
Wilton Primary Academy is a small school located in an urban village setting. This Head of Academy role would be ideally suited to a forward thinking school leader who is looking to develop their own practice in a collaborative and supportive partnership. The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership skills, together with an understanding of excellent teaching and learning practice and be committed to work in partnership with the Executive Head Teacher to lead the school forward to its next stage of development.

PA and Trust Project Manager
Hours: 37 hours per week, Full time/whole time
Salary: £22,625 – £26,735 (scale 24 – 29 dependent on skills and qualifications)
Reporting to: CEO and Trust Business and Resource Manager
The Trust wishes to appoint a Personal Assistant and Trust Project Manager. This new centralised role will play a fundamental part in the Trust’s growth and development supporting the growing number of regional and national projects that the Trust is undertaking.
You will be reporting to the CEO and Trust Business and Resource Manager.
General duties will include:
• Significant Trust wide Project Management ensuring timely completion and excellent delivery
• Proactively managing the Chief Executive Officers diary and accommodating regular complex changes in her schedule
• Working within and to key deadlines and managing them with the Trust Business and Resource Manager to ensure they are met
• Support to all of the executives, including Chair of Trust Board, with communications and meetings
You must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload, working to challenging deadlines and anticipate requirements in advance. You will have significant experience of working at a senior level to manage timings, advise of costings and ensure stakeholder engagement. It would also be desirable if you had a knowledge of the educational landscape and or experience within the educational sector or an ability and desire to learn. You will have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, excellent interpersonal and professional skills with a proven ability of working successfully within a team.
